ABS-CBN Tv Plus is a Philippine encrypted digital terrestrial television provider owned and operated by ABS-CBN convergence, a subsidiary of ABS-CBN.
On March 2,2020 , I try to my own vision about their product which many people adapt it in the future.I make their three product in one so that user easily find what they want.
The problem in Abs Cbn Tv plus is cause of having slow signal just because their place is not reach of their ISDB-T (their tower signal). Their movie need to load to watch it, after I finished it their network is shutdown because of having ceased and desist. Perfect timing to showcase what I want to improve their product. They dont have app for their all product only the TV plus Go which is you can watch television via cellphone. Their site is the site of their network not related to their product. TV plus go micro usb which connected to cellphone to watch what you want is too big and it is not matched in cellphone, it is only available for android and I suggest it to available to all, about the TvplusNet 4 users only can connect through wifi and It available only in some region here in Philippines.
I make an application which you can easily find their all product in one so that user easily find what they want. I put some important function that in my vision it is possibly happen in the future. I improve all users concern and meet the users expectation.

After creating a research document and sharing my ways. I started to look difference from before and after effect to the audience cause impact that many users meet their expectations.
I started to think how I find clients? Brain blasts! First I searched Abs-Cbn tv plus user group then, I find a group that many members so that I will ablle to asked them but before that I wait for 2 to 3 days for accepting my request to join the group. I see many user there which gave me an opportunity to get their feedbacks about the product. I find three person that is connected to the product. I also watch in Youtube and search about tv plus, I find many users comment which I put it in application. I asked many user paint points, what changes they want in the product.

This is my user persona which helps me how to define user needs. It gives
me feedback from them based on their own experience in the product and
how to helps them to see the beauty of life.
Based on my research about them I found out some of their main problem.
Problem: They always have issue about they didn't watch what they want for free because some of the movies marked in prices like you need to load 30 pesos so that you can watch & enjoy the movie.
Solution: Free Movies gives us hope to watch the movies that we want. We dont have to marked price just to feed your own pocket, you have to marked as your own purpose that your vision and mission makes the people gives happines with their family and friends.
I started to sketch from low fidelity to high fidelity. These kind of step leads you to success using what I used like pen, marker and paper. These kind of process is important because you have a plan, what you're going to do, what's your option if this stuff doesn't work, what solution pattern you need to follow just to make your sketch apply it to your project.
I wrote all the learnings here like watching inspirational ux designer, how they made it, some words of random people,
my curiosity to many top company like Google, Facebook, Youtube on what they have and what is their uniqueness. This is notes for me when im in aware mode.

What works and don't works?
It really help me to define what is the most important part that many users used based on their expectations. I need to remove some of the stuff that is related to one which means connected to similar functions. I make it simply to understand easy process that makes our user cause of not having frustration about the app.
I use shape triangle, square, circle for a category then I connected it. I remove some function that is not particularly important.

I make a simple, neat design that make user catchy their attention to the app and when they dive in, they literally give some interests and take a couple of hours what's behind it. This is my final design showing to many users what they expected becomes real, visible and viable.

An early sample model or release of a product build to test my application concept or process. I use fade and slide interaction because this makes simple to everyone. A variety of context including semantics, design, electronics; software programming and capable of doing some animation.
I used it to evaluate some of my new design to enhance precision by system analysts and users.
I love to get hear feedbacks from user because It gives us information what we need to change and what we do on their experience about the app. This testimony shared to everyone that my creating is marked from some users.
