MoneyCoin is a vending machine which you can easily change money into coin or coin into money. It has also app which you can redeem points every transaction then via QR CODE you can mirror it to vending machine and it is automatically scan and you can now withdraw it. It can also change money currency, can send money worldwide.
Many people here in my country always need a coin mostly stores, drivers, employers, students and many who always need a coin to have an exact amount in times they need this.
That's why I create this machine plus mobile app to give easily access to all the users who need this.

I initiated this project by developing questions and conducting 5 user interviews.
"I'm always need coin when I service my jeepney."
"I need coins when my customer have big money."
"I need to send money to my son from peso to euro."
Everytime I here some of their needs, my ideas give them easily find access to change money into coin. This is the main problem why I build it.
I use surveymonkey to create a survey which many people give their answers that is connected to my creation. I find 3 persons that is matched to their problem like one is need to exchange their collected money from broken piggy bank then another one need many coins to exchange their customers big money then another one need to send money to his two daughters and change money currency from peso to euro.
This is user profile. I define my three picked users who is connected to my creation that match to their daily needs. Their answes help me to understand their situation, In times they need my creation. They always struggle in this situation that's why I understand their feelings/emotions because I also experienced it and I give them a warm hug.
Before diving into the designs, I made a scratch user flow diagram. It shows the process I was about to design for and has the flow going from selecting a function to withdraw now.
I found out that based on users situation they sometimes struggle where to find exchange currency, send money and receive money to pawnshop or atm account, they also need benefits that's why I put reward points so they can withdraw it. I also put QR Code to machine and app so that users not to fill up in machine when they redeeming points.
I sketch from paper and my research helps me to put it on the sketch. I always follow the process because it is connected to all from sketch to design that results to user test and user give feedbacks what to change.
